Stop hoping. Start directing.
The open AI training in Kiel: in a few hours you learn the methods that make AI truly work for you, on your own use cases, without the jargon.
why now // the starting point
Direct AI, and you won't be replaced. Ignore it, and you will.
The difference between those still in demand in ten years and those who get displaced isn't expertise. It's who has learned to direct AI as a tool. In this training you become a system architect: your expertise stays the core, you delegate the repetitive legwork to AI, and you work faster and more precisely. That is what makes you irreplaceable, because you combine both.
How does the training run?
In the group setting we explain the principles and tools and answer questions, and in the hands-on part you work on your own use cases. Whether they come from your everyday job or from our catalog of typical applications: there is something for everyone, even if you don't have an idea of your own yet. Throughout, we are available for individual questions at any time.
How AI actually works, no jargon, with examples that stick.
Which tools are good for what, most of them free or usable with a free basic version.
Thinking in processes: building AI into your own workflow with structure, instead of hoping for lucky hits.
Applying your own use cases directly, with support and enough time for details, tips and tricks.
What exactly do you learn?
In the hands-on part you pick out the methods that matter most for your goals. Six core methods to choose from, all model-independent, so they stay relevant even when tomorrow's tools change again.
Generating
Getting texts, structures and drafts out of AI on purpose, instead of needing ten attempts for one usable result.
Condensing & Transforming
Boiling long documents down to the point in seconds, as a summary, a table or in whatever format you need.
Querying & Extracting
Pulling knowledge out of PDFs, files and sources on purpose: precise answers instead of hours of searching.
Reviewing & Analyzing
Having AI check your own work critically, a second pair of eyes that misses nothing.
Simulating & Interacting
Rehearsing scenarios, developing ideas, simulating roles: from negotiation practice to a sparring partner.
Automating & Building
Building your first own workflows and automations, the step from user to architect.
Who is the training for?
Two formats, one goal. You pick the level that fits you, no prior knowledge needed.
You're starting from scratch.
No prior knowledge required. For everyone who wants to truly understand and use AI for the first time, from the ground up, at your own pace, on real examples.
Beginner dates →You want to go deeper.
You already use AI day to day and want more: more complex prompts, your own workflows, automations, and the frameworks that turn individual tricks into a system.
Advanced dates →What do you walk away with?
In a few hours you get up to speed in exactly your field, and instead of getting lost in the muddle of vague AI answers, you quickly reach clear, usable results.
- [✓]use AI deliberately, with methods and frameworks instead of trial and error
- [✓]put your own use cases into practice, with clear, usable results
- [✓]avoid useless AI answers before they happen
- [✓]build on principles that last, independent of tomorrow's tool
Process optimization was my craft long before AI was a topic.
In smart buildings I have delivered intelligent building systems for the likes of Amazon, Vattenfall and Scout24. Over the years I helped a foundation achieve more impact with leaner processes and AI. For the past two years AI has been a fixed part of that, always where it brings real improvement, never for its own sake.

Frequently asked questions.
Do I need prior knowledge?
Not for the beginner training. For the advanced training it is enough if you already use AI day to day and want to go deeper.
What if I don't have a use case of my own?
No problem. In the hands-on part you can help yourself from our catalog of typical applications, you don't have to arrive with an idea of your own.
Which tools are used?
We work with the common AI tools, most of them free or usable with a free basic version. You don't need a subscription of your own.
What do I need to bring?
Just your own laptop. Access, examples and materials come from us.
How big are the groups?
A maximum of 12 people per trainer. That is a promise, not an average. With more than 12 participants I run the training together with a colleague, so there is enough room for individual questions.
What if none of the dates work for me?
