Benefit App — energy consulting without spreadsheet chaos
A custom web app for Benefit Immobilien: client documents, project overview and iSFP data capture in one place — so advising sets the pace again, not admin work.

Tobias Benecke (Benefit Immobilien) collected client documents by email and kept track of consulting projects in spreadsheets and inboxes. Busywork ate time and nerves — and pulled focus from the core business: advising clients.

Design the workflows so documents, contacts and project status reliably converge — and where it makes sense, continue automatically — without giving up quality control.

Mapped the process together, then built the Benefit App: dashboard, contacts, calendar, iSFP forms (including shared tokens), filename conventions, email templates, branding and Microsoft integration. Automation where it creates safety — approvals stay with people.
