AI training for companies: a workshop in front of a team in a meeting room
service · ai training for teams

AI is already here. What's missing is a shared framework.

The in-house training, tailored to your team: with your tools, on real tasks from your own working day, so that in the end everyone speaks the same language.

the starting point // grown wild

AI has long been in use across the company — it just grew wild.
what it is

What makes this training different?

Unlike an open group course, the content is tailored to the team: which tools are already in use, which tasks cost the most effort, and where the biggest lever sits. Where needed, we also take on the worries and reservations of individual employees and show each of them their own concrete benefit, so the team comes along out of conviction, not on instruction. The basis is the same six core methods as in the open courses, applied to the company's actual processes and tools.

how it works

How does the training run?

No off-the-shelf lecture: the training starts before we are in the room, with a short call about the team's tools, tasks and goals. We then train on real examples from your own working day.

step.01Short preliminary call

Understanding the team's tools, tasks and goals, so the training meets the reality in the company.

step.02 · if neededTaking worries and reservations seriously

We address the concerns of individual employees and show each of them their own benefit.

step.03Tailored training

With real examples from your own working day: the six core methods, applied to the team's own tasks.

step.04Data literacy

Which data may go into which tool, and how the team handles it safely and deliberately.

step.05 · if neededFollow-up support and further development

Questions, fine-tuning or the next step, for as long as it takes.

who it is for

Who is the training for?

Teams and departments that genuinely want to use AI in their working day, whatever their level of experience.

one department

One team, one lever.

Sales, accounting, support: the training starts exactly where a department loses the most time, with the tools that are in use there anyway.

the whole company

Everyone in one language.

From apprentice to management: a shared framework that puts an end to the wild growth, as a single session or a series over several weeks.

all levels

Sceptics welcome.

From power users to people who have avoided AI so far: we meet everyone where they stand, out of their own conviction, not on orders.

outcome

What can the team do afterwards?

What counts is what lands in the working day on the Monday after: real skills rather than textbook examples or a certificate for the shelf.

after the training the team can
  • [✓]apply the six core methods to their own tasks, not to textbook examples
  • [✓]judge which data may go into which tool and which stays in-house
  • [✓]spot unreliable AI results instead of taking them at face value
  • [✓]decide on AI use in a shared language: no more wild growth

The decision-maker's perspective first?

Before the whole team is trained, many managing directors want to understand for themselves what this is about. That is exactly what the masterclass is for, private, compact, on equal terms.

Executive AI Masterclass

A strategic briefing for decision-makers: how to make the step from running prompts to designing systems, what risks uncontrolled AI use carries, and what a solid framework for your own company looks like.

why me

Process optimisation was my craft long before AI was a topic.

In smart buildings I have worked on intelligent building systems for Amazon, Vattenfall and Scout24, among others. For years I helped a foundation achieve more impact with leaner processes and AI. For the past two years AI has been a fixed part of that, always where it brings real improvement, never as an end in itself.
