Team working together at a wall of sticky notes
for skilled trades

The jobs are running. The office eats the evenings.

Quotes, reports, invoices, site documentation: exactly the work nobody has time for can largely be handed over to AI. Learned on your own business, without a new office system.

the situation

Hands are missing outside, paperwork piles up inside.

the evening at the desk

A quote easily takes 30 to 45 minutes, site documentation wanders from notepad to binder, and the post-job costing never happens because the evening was already spent writing.

That AI helps here is beyond question. The only open point is who is supposed to find the time to deal with it.

what that means in practice

Three examples from the shop floor.

quote

A quote from a voice note.

Speak your measurement notes, positions come from your own price catalog, a finished draft quote ready for review. Sent the same day instead of the end of the week.

site docs

The report writes itself.

After the client visit, talk into your phone for two minutes. The report writes itself from it and lands in the right folder.

costing

Post-job costing that actually happens.

Hours and materials logged per job as you go. At the end of the month it's there in black and white which jobs pay off.

the rule // no exceptions

Nothing goes out unless the boss has signed it off .

faq

Common questions.

The chamber of trades offers courses for free.

True, and for an overview they're good. Here the work happens on your own business: on real quotes and reports, until it runs. The difference is a result that keeps working in your company afterwards.

Yet another system burdening the office?

No new system is added. The tools dock onto what's already there, and only what pays for itself in hours gets built.

What about data protection?

Which documents may go into which tool is decided together and is part of the training. For sensitive material there's AI that stays in-house; it verifiably runs in the studio itself and can be tried out for free beforehand.

What does it cost?

Entry via the AI training for companies (day rate) or the free hands-on session. Fixed prices are listed on the service pages; the intro call is free.

contact

15 minutes, no slides, an honest assessment.

A free intro call, by video or phone. Prefer to touch it first? Book the free AI slot in the studio.
